This mission is central to Kelsey’s ventures, investments, leadership style, and life experiences. A native Houstonian and a Texas A&M business school grad, Kelsey is a Founder, Executive Consulting Advisor, Public Speaker, Author, and Startup Investor.

With a tenured career in management consulting, focusing on information technology and software project, process and change management, development and management of high-performing teams, and large-scale organizational transformation across the Healthcare and Oil & Gas industries, she served as a Principal Director of Industry Innovation within the Health and Public Services organization for Accenture and was part of the executive leadership of boutique consulting firm – Sagacious Consultants.

While with Sagacious, Kelsey worked to develop client relationships, drive business development, and provide clients with strategic leadership and support across multiple disciplines. She created the Sagacious Connect service line and worked with healthcare systems across the country to assess their current state and develop recommendations for improvement. She also formulated a new relationship-based sales approach which led to the creation of a new client relations team. In addition, Kelsey worked to transition the focus of Sagacious from that of a Staff Augmentation firm of ~80 employees, to that of a full-scale business management consultancy with over 300 employees and diverse strategic services. This organizational transformation ultimately attracted the attention of Accenture and resulted in the acquisition of Sagacious.

It is the success of Sagacious’ organizational change, mixed with Kelsey’s background in helping individuals improve their careers and consulting capabilities that spurred the formation of KelsC. Consulting, a consultancy dedicated to building high performance. She then co-founded Säfik Advsrs with Sagacious founder, a consultancy focused on supporting startups.

Predicated by the success of KelsC. Consulting, and the desire to further expand the avenues for providing consulting industry recommendations and best practices, Kelsey launched The Consultant’s Closet, the premiere source of guidance for professionals looking to cultivate a powerful and polished look.

In 2021, the KelsC. Collection grew to include The Consultant’s Counsel, a place for guidance and best practice advice for the consulting industry.

Kelsey’s portfolio of ventures now also includes financial lifestyle tech startup Tory which she founded in 2022. Tory is a personal physical asset inventory capital management app that enables users to track their valuable possessions, providing them with a complete picture of their physical assets’ net worth. The same year, she co-founded Lemonaide Labradors – a venture focused on transforming access to and awareness of the life changing benefits Service Animals offer.

Most recently Kelsey was asked to join Reinvest as Chief Executive Officer. Reinvest reimagined private market investing.

Kelsey organizes her days to provide maximum balance and joy – constant learning being the impetus for expansion and transformation. Currently exploring and enjoying: singing, piano, and a love of music, languages, and a basic comprehension of Spanish, triathlon training, and the everyday appreciation and love of caring for and being loved by Labradors.

In addition, she holds her PMP certification and is a licensed pilot.
